At O Positiv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
